Men's Pins & Brooches were all the rage on the Menswear runways of Milan, and with three of the largest men's designers endorsing them, we can expect to see them cropping up in collections over the next several seasons. Louis Vuitton, Versace, and Prada all featured Pins and Brooches on looks throughout their collections. Varying from arrows to medals of honor, to crown shaped emblems, the pins came in a variety of styles, shapes and sizes.
I've long been a fan of pins and brooches for men, I think they add interest and personality to almost any look, and when you're dealing with menswear, you take all the interest and personality you can get (menswear isn't exactly the chiffon and sequined dream of women's couture).
Lanvin is my go to choice for pins, they have a decent selection of floral pins as well as jeweled pins, and are perfect for pinholes, ties, tee shirts and more. I've seen Lanvin's selection in person and can testify to their superior quality. They're a bit expensive for such a small item, but should last forever, and can spruce up a look faster than you can say "Alber Elbaz".
